Job Description

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth within the Bangalore territory by generating new corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our range of premium, curated corporate gifting solutions. This role requires a blend of field sales expertise, B2B relationship building, and an understanding of luxury/curated products.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales (Hunting)Lead Generation: Actively prospect, cold call, and network to identify new business opportunities within target corporate sectors in Bangalore (e.g., IT, start-ups, consulting, financial services, MNCs).
  • Field Engagement: Conduct frequent in-person meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to C-level executives, HR heads, Marketing Managers, and Procurement teams.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for revenue and new client acquisition.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand specific client gifting needs (festive, employee recognition, client appreciation, events) and propose customized, high-quality curated gift solutions.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare tailored presentations, competitive quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
  • Account Growth: Nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high repeat business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's curated gift product catalog, customization options, pricing structures, and industry trends in premium gifting
  • Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Design, Logistics, Procurement) to ensure timely execution, customization, quality control, and successful, high-satisfaction delivery of all orders.
  • Reporting: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to log all sales activities, manage the pipeline, forecast sales accurately, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on performance and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills Graduate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience1-3 years of proven B2B Field Sales experience, preferably in Corporate Gifting, Luxury Goods, or Institutional Sales.Key Skills1. Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills (in English). 2. Negotiation & Closing: Proven ability to manage objections and close high-value deals. 3. Self-Motivation: Highly disciplined, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bangalore corporate landscape and an understanding of branding and customization processes in gifting. Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and CRM software.
