Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: Drives revenue and expands market presence within an assigned territory by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. The role involves face-to-face client meetings and requires a results-driven, self-motivated approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers within the territory.

Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and finalize sales deals.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a field sales role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Proficiency with CRM software.
