1. 0-3 months experience in any field sales - ₹21,000 Take Home (Fixed) + Incentives*
2. Min 1 year in any field sales - ₹25,000 Take Home (Fixed) + Incentives*
3. Min 2 years in Broadband sales - ₹28,500 Take Home (Fixed) + Incentives

JOB ROLE
1. Responsible for achieving sales targets of the entire territory to achieve his own target.
2. Responsible for door-to-door sales.
3. Must reach on time for the Morning meeting (starting at 8:30 a.m.) well-dressed.
4. Responsible for updating DSR & QL in mobile apps by the end of the working day.
5. Responsible for distribution of brochures.
6. Aware of products, area and competition
7. Responsible for making customers aware about the plan, convincing them to increase their interest in Excitel plans and closing the daily sales to achieve the weekly targets.
8. Responsible for organizing promotional activities in allocated areas through sandy, canopy, promotable sun packs etc.
