Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Bangalore)Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Sales Executive to manage on-ground client interactions across Bangalore. The role involves visiting existing clients, building strong relationships, generating repeat orders, and identifying new business opportunities in the compostable/packaging segment.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit clients regularly across Bangalore (field-based role)
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Take orders, follow up on payments, and ensure smooth coordination
• Identify new leads and convert them into active customers
• Educate clients about product benefits and pricing updates
• Provide market feedback (pricing, competitors, demand trends)
• Requirements:1–3 years of field sales experience (preferred in B2B / packaging / raw materials)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler with valid license
• Basic understanding of sales reporting (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM optional)
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
