Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Home Automation & Lighting Solutions

Location: Bengaluru (Field-based – covering entire Bangalore)

Employment Type: Full-time / Internship (with performance-based conversion)

  • Experience: Freshers / Interns
  • Diploma (Electrical / Electronics) OR Any graduate with strong interest in sales, home automation, and lighting solutions


Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell home automation and lighting solutions. The role is primarily field-based, involving direct client visits, architect interactions, cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and closing business. The candidate will report directly to the Sales Head / Director and will be responsible for achieving daily lead targets and monthly sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales & Business Development.
  • Visit direct customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors across Bangalore
  • Promote home automation systems, lighting solutions, smart controls, and related products
  • Conduct cold calls, site visits, and follow-up meetings
  • Generate 7–8 qualified leads per day consistently
  • Convert leads into enquiries, proposals, and confirmed orders
  • Lead Management & Follow-ups, Maintain proper tracking of all leads and follow-ups
  • Ensure continuous follow-up until order confirmation / closure
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for demos, site inspections, and proposals
  • Reporting & Documentation, Submit weekly reports to the Sales Head/Director covering: Daily field visits, Leads generated, Follow-up status, Business closed / pipeline
  • Maintain basic CRM or lead tracking records
  • Targets & PerformanceAchieve monthly sales targets as assigned
  • Improve conversion ratios and customer engagement
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, demos, and promotions if required


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma – Electrical or Electronics OR Any graduate with interest in sales & technology
  • Skills: Good communication skills (English, Kannada & Hindi preferred)
  • Willingness to work on the field full-time
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in: Home automation, Lighting systems, Electrical / electronics products
  • Ability to handle cold calls and rejection positively
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills
