Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

  • 👤 Eligibility Criteria:
  • Age: 25 – 40 years
  • Gender: Both genders allowed
  • Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
  • English: Intermediate
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years (Building Materials industry preferred)
  • Shift: Day (Full Time)

📝 1. Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through direct client interaction, site visits, and relationship management. This includes understanding customer requirements, taking site measurements, preparing quotations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the Hyderabad region.

  • 🎯 2. Key Responsibilities:
  • A. Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across builders, architects, contractors, and retail customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads and convert inquiries into orders.
  • Visit client sites to understand requirements and take accurate measurements.
  • Present product features, benefits, and technical details effectively.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • B. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Address customer queries and offer timely solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term associations.
  • C. Quotation & Commercial Coordination:
  • Coordinate with BDE/Back-Office team for lead management and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
  • Collect advance payments as per company policy.
  • D. Order Processing & Execution:
  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams for timely dispatch.
  • Follow up with installation teams and monitor site execution.
  • Visit sites during installation to address concerns or escalations.
  • E. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline trackers.
  • Update CRM / Excel sheets with lead progress.
  • Share weekly & monthly performance updates with management.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation & deal closing ability
  • Site measurement & basic technical understanding
  • Strong networking & relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & disciplined
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Tools & WhatsApp communication
  • 🎓 4. Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory)
  • 2–6 years of experience in building materials (Flooring, Tiles, Laminates, Plywood, Sanitaryware, Interior solutions)
  • Experience working in the Hyderabad region is an added advantage

  • Fixed Salary: ( Fixed: ₹ 30,000 - ₹ 35,000, Incentive: ₹ 10,000+ )
