Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to develop retail presence, generate orders, and expand distribution for Bruce Dragon perfumes in assigned territories.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retail outlets daily (8–12 outlets/day)
• Introduce and promote Bruce Dragon perfume range
• Generate primary and secondary sales
• Open new retail counters and onboard new stores
• Ensure proper display, tester placement, and visibility
• Maintain MRP and price integrity at retail level
• Coordinate with distributor for order execution and supply
• Follow up on payments and outstanding collections (if assigned)
• Report daily sales activity, orders, and market feedback
• Support product launches and promotional activities
• Eligibility & Requirements1–4 years experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Perfume / Personal Care sales
• (Freshers may be considered if motivated and local-market aware)
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Smartphone (Android) mandatory
• Familiarity with local market and retail network
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Languages: Local language mandatory, basic English preferred
• Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000+
