Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
- Promote decorative, industrial, and specialty paints to customers
- Visit sites, dealers, and architects regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collect market feedback and competitor activity details
- Coordinate with technical and production teams for order execution
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports
- Key Skills & RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of paints, coatings, or construction materials
- Ability to explain product features and benefits
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation if required
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
