The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer pitching, onboarding, and meeting daily/weekly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned territories/areas for daily field sales activities.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling.
• Pitch Airtel Broadband, Postpaid, DTH, or Prepaid products to customers.
• Explain product benefits, plans, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Close sales and complete customer onboarding/documentation (KYC).
• Maintain daily reports and update sales progress to the Team Leader.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to improve conversions.
• Required SkillsGood communication & convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of field sales / telecom sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work on the field.
• Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads to sales.
• Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory in some locations).
• Preferred BackgroundTelecom sales (Airtel / Jio / VI / ACT / Hathway)

• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹30000 (location-based)
