Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Professional to join our dynamic team. • Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Guide clients through the property purchasing or leasing process.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices.
• Prepare and review documents such as contracts, agreements, listings, and disclosures.
• Negotiate prices and terms with buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate with property developers, legal teams, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.
• Maintain a client database and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
