Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive

Key Role: To identify, follow up, and convert construction-related sales opportunities by visiting sites, meeting contractors and builders, and generating leads through multiple channels including vendors.

Tasks:

Lead Generation

• Identify new construction sites in the assigned area.
• Generate leads from site visits, contractors, builders, and vendors.
• Qualify site stage and volume potential.
• Update all leads daily in the central sheet/app.

Vendor Connect

• Build relationships with steel, cement, and hardware vendors.
• Regularly visit vendors and collect site references when available.
• Share brochures, visiting cards, and rate charts.

Client Visit & Pitch

• Visit active and upcoming construction sites.
• Pitch GMN Concrete using brochures, pricing, and quality points.
• Offer free site inspection or concrete testing where applicable.

Reporting

• Daily report of sites visited, vendors met, leads generated, and conversion status.

Skills & Requirements

• Street-smart, field-savvy, driven and polite
• Experience in construction material sales is a plus
• Must own a two-wheeler with smartphone
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain follow-ups
• Basic understanding of construction stages and materials
