Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, pitching products or services, closing sales, and achieving targets in a designated area. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, or referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers based on their needs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on customer visits, sales, and feedback.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
• Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations when required.
