Roles: Credit Card Sales / Gold Loan Process / SBI Payment (CASA & EDC)

Experience: 0–2 years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Gender: Male & Female

• 1. Credit Card Sales (Bank Sector)Key Responsibilities:Sell credit cards to customers through branch leads and field visits.
• Explain card benefits, offers, limits, and charges.
• Assist customers with application form & KYC process.
• Achieve monthly credit card issuance targets.
• 2. Gold Loan Process (Bank/NBFC)Key Responsibilities:Handle customers who arrive for gold loan processing.
• Check gold purity using machines and assist in valuation (if trained).
• Explain loan amount, interest rate, and repayment options.
• Maintain records, KYC, and system entries.
• Provide customer support and ensure timely loan disbursal.
• 3. SBI Payment – CASA & EDC Sales (Field Sales)Key Responsibilities:Sell CASA accounts (Current & Savings) to new customers.
• Sell EDC/POS machines to merchants & shops.
• Conduct field visits and generate new merchant leads.
• Complete KYC, documentation, and activation process.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
