Field Sales Executive

Better is building digital infrastructure that improves how patients access and pay for healthcare. Our platform is used by real patients every day inside hospitals — which means clarity, trust, and on-ground execution matter a lot.

We’re looking for a Patient Engagement & Payments Executive who enjoys interacting with patients, explaining benefits in a simple way, and ensuring payments happen smoothly through the Better app. This is a field-based role that requires working from different hospitals across the city every week.

What You’ll Do

Educate patients and attendants about the benefits of using the Better app for hospital payments

• Help patients install, onboard, and complete payments using the app
• Explain access to additional services available through Better, such as:
• Home lab test booking
• Home medicine delivery
• Home physiotherapy services
• Coordinate with hospital front desk and billing teams to encourage app-based payments
• Take ownership of payment activity and adoption at the hospital sites you visit
• Share daily and weekly updates on patient interactions, app usage, and payments

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable communicating with patients and hospital staff
• Ability to explain mobile apps and digital payments to first-time users
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city
• Basic smartphone and app usage skills
• Responsible, dependable, and comfortable owning on-ground outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-related roles
• Background in field sales, customer engagement, or payment promotion
• Familiarity with digital payments or fintech apps
