Job Description
Responsibilities: Client Relationship II Lead Generation II Sales • Build strong relationships with the new and existing portfolio of clients • Manage customer service & ensure customer retention • Achieve and exceed sales goals & KPIs set by the Manager • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up • Ensure customer satisfaction & completion of tasks as per deadline, including reporting to development team on fixes needed and other feedback
