Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

The role involves visiting clients, presenting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and businesses to promote company products/services.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market visits, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to clients.
• Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to improve sales strategies.
• Maintain daily reports of field visits and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer segments.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
