Education Qualification: 10+2

Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in field sales or direct

sales. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating

leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships to drive business

growth.

Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ü  Identify

and visit potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

ü  Conduct

face-to-face meetings and present company services.

ü  Generate

and convert leads into sales through direct interaction.

ü  Understand

client needs and provide customized solutions.

ü  Build and

maintain strong client relationships.

ü  Negotiate

and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

ü  Maintain

records of client visits and sales updates.

ü  Achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Preferred Skills

ü   Experience

in field or direct sales roles.

ü   Strong

communication in English & Hindi, interpersonal skills.

ü   Good

negotiation and convincing abilities.

ü   Willingness

to travel and meet clients regularly.
