Job Description
- 1. Business Development & SalesAchieve monthly and annual insurance sales targets through the assigned bank branches.
- Generate business by engaging with walk-in customers of the bank.
- Conduct need-based selling and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
- Actively cross-sell Life/Health/General Insurance products as per company guidelines.
- 2. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, staff, and key decision-makers.
- Train and motivate bank employees to generate referrals and support insurance sales.
- Conduct regular meetings and joint calls with bank staff to improve business performance.
- 3. Customer ServiceUnderstand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Resolve customer queries and support after-sales service.
- 4. Branch Coordination & ReportingTrack daily sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with the management.
- Participate in periodic reviews and performance discussions.
