Job Title: Field executives

Job Role:
Your main work is to meet auto drivers in the field and convince them to join (onboard) Uber. You will explain how Uber works and help drivers complete registration and start trips.Main Responsibilities
Visit auto stands and busy areas to meet auto drivers
Explain the benefits of driving with Uber
Convince drivers to register and drive on the Uber app
Help drivers complete onboarding and documents
Guide drivers to take their first trip
Main Skill Required
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to talk politely and confidently with auto drivers
Target-oriented and motivated
Who Can Apply
Field sales or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
