Job Description
π· Company - Indus Towers (A Leading MNC in Telecom )
π On Payroll of Quess Corp Ltd
π§© Position: Site Acquisition Executive
π Work Location: Bengaluru
π Qualification: Graduate OR Diploma
π Experience: Minimum 6 month's 1 year of experience in Sales.
- Candidates with fieldwork experience will be given priority
π οΈ Job Responsibilities:
-Identifying and scouting suitable land or rooftop properties for telecom tower installation
-Liaising and building relationships with landowners, local authorities, and third parties
-Conducting site feasibility surveys (legal, technical & environmental aspects)
-Collecting, reviewing, and verifying all land-related documents including ownership, revenue records, and NOCs
-Handling rent negotiation and preparing lease/rental agreements
-Coordinating with the legal and project teams for document clearance and project initiation
-Ensuring timely site acquisition to meet rollout targets.
-Maintaining regular follow-ups and reports on assigned locations
