Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end hiring of EV delivery executives.

Source candidates through field hiring, job portals, references, and vendor tie-ups.

Conduct initial screening and interviews.

Ensure quick onboarding and documentation completion.

Plan manpower as per business requirements and cluster demand.

Maintain hiring pipeline and backup resources.

Work on reducing attrition and improving rider retention.

Conduct training and daily briefing sessions for new joiners.

Manage and supervise EV delivery executives / riders.

Ensure daily attendance, route allocation, and adherence to shift timings.

Monitor vehicle utilization, battery health, and charging schedules.

Maintain fleet discipline and ensure minimal operational downtime.

Track daily productivity, delivery TAT, and performance metrics.

Resolve on-ground operational issues and escalations.

Coordinate with maintenance vendors for EV servicing and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies.

Maintain reports related to attendance, performance, and fleet health.
