Job Description

  • Conduct in-home consultations with customers, understanding their lifestyle, preferences, and design needs.
  • Present Hillarys’ product range (blinds, curtains, shutters) with samples, guiding customers on styles, fabrics, and finishes.
  • Provide expert design advice tailored to individual homes, ensuring aesthetics align with functionality.
  • Take accurate measurements and prepare quotations, ensuring precision and customer confidence.
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience — from consultation to order finalization — maintaining high service standards.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting consultations into confirmed orders, while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
