Job Description

A Sales Executive drives company revenue by identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, managing the sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, and providing market insights. They often serve as the main point of contact, balancing client needs with company growth goals. 


Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Process Management: Handling inquiries, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and closing sales.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competition, market trends, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Submitting sales reports, forecasting sales, and analyzing CRM data to optimize results.
  • Customer Success: Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.
