Field Sales Executive

The Interior Executive will support interior design projects from initial client consultation to execution. The role includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, accurate installation, and high-quality project completion. This position requires strong communication, design understanding, and on-site coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, and budget

Assist in preparing design proposals, material options, and BOQs

Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers

Manage site execution activities and ensure work is done as per approved designs

Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve issues

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and furnishings

Maintain project documentation, approvals, and progress reports

Support quality checks and ensure finishing standards

Provide updates to management and keep clients informed

Assist in cost control and minimize project delays

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

1–3 years experience in interior fit-out or project coordination

Knowledge of materials, furnishings, and interior finishes

Basic understanding of AutoCAD/SketchUp drawings preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
