Field Sales Executive

Key area/ Tasks

Customer service: Engage with customers in a positive, approachable and respectful manner.

Assist customers with product inquiries, providing in-depth product knowledge and suggestions based on their needs. And to maintain consistent relationship with the customers and attend to their needs.

Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Sales and Product Promotion

Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by using effective sales techniques.

Inform customers about promotions, special offers and loyalty programs to enhance sales. And to keep the customers updated about the latest works and projects done by the company.

Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and increase sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals.
