Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential and existing clients, demonstrating products or services, and closing sales deals. You will be expected to travel within your assigned territory to build relationships, understand customer needs, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Visit clients on-site to present products or services and conduct product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs, competition, and market trends.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a field sales executive, outside sales representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
