About the RoleWe are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our eco-friendly packaging business across B2B, food service, and institutional clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets
• Generate leads through field visits and cold calling
• Onboard distributors, stockists, and resellers
• Work with restaurants, cafes, QSRs, and cloud kitchens
• Close deals with corporates, hospitals, railways, airlines
• Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of sales experience (FMCG / Packaging / Hospitality preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
• Must own a two-wheeler and laptop
• Languages Required-Bengaluru: English + Kannada
• Mumbai: English + Hindi + Marathi
• Delhi NCR: English + Hindi
• Salary & Benefits₹30,000 per month
