Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients in the field, presenting products/services, and closing sales to achieve assigned targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas to promote products/services
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
• Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with the team
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate / 12th pass (depending on role requirement)
• Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
