Montivo Labs is a technology startup building a QR-based menu digitization platform for restaurants and hotels. We help food businesses replace physical menus with smart QR menus and digital access for customers.

We are looking for field sales executives to onboard restaurants and hotels by selling QR code menu stands and annual packages. This is a high-activity, target-driven, field sales role with fixed pay + commission + bonus.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food outlets in assigned areas
• Explain and demonstrate QR menu solution to owners/managers
• Close sales for QR menu stands and annual packages
• Coordinate basic onboarding after sale
• Maintain daily visit and sales updates (simple WhatsApp / Google Sheet reporting)
• Collect market feedback and customer objections
• Eligibility & RequirementsExperience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, POS, food delivery, hospitality preferred)
• Comfortable speaking with restaurant owners
• Willing to work in the field daily
• Own a smartphone (WhatsApp mandatory)
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Comfortable with target-based and commission-based earnings

Note: Minimum performance expectations apply. Role is best suited for motivated sales professionals.
