We are looking for an experienced Presales Executive (On-Field) to assist prospective clients, provide detailed project information, and support the sales team in closing deals. The role involves direct interaction with walk-in clients and site visitors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in and on-field client inquiries professionally
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and payment plans clearly
• Assist clients individually throughout the site visit and presales process
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Address client queries and provide timely updates
• Support sales closures by building strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Presales / On-field Sales
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in regional language(s)
• Client-handling and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work on-site and in the field
