Job Description: Marketing Sales Representative (MSR)

Reporting To: Network Expansion Manager

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Sales Representative (MSR) is responsible for expanding the Category 2 franchise network within a designated state. The role involves generating leads through scouting, meeting potential franchise partners and overseeing franchise development.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Develop and execute an expansion plan within the assigned state.

·  Implement lead generation campaigns and outreach activities to build a strong pipeline of prospects.

·  Engage with potential franchise partners, conduct meetings, and facilitate the application process.

Qualifications & Experience:

·  Education: Any Graduate
