Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Field Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and onboarding of retail partners to our platform. Your primary focus will be establishing relationships with retail business owners and managers, introducing them to our platform’s offerings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Partner Acquisition:
Identify and target potential retail partners in assigned territories.
Conduct on-site visits to retail businesses, presenting the benefits of joining the platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure high levels of engagement.

Onboarding Retailers:
Guide retail partners through the onboarding process, helping them integrate their business onto the platform smoothly.
Provide hands-on support, offering training and answering queries as needed.
Troubleshoot any issues faced by retailers during onboarding, ensuring they are resolved quickly.

Sales and Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new retail partnerships.
Track performance and update management on progress and challenges in real-time.
