Field Sales Executive B2B

We're seeking Partnership & Alliance Executive to join our dynamic team.

Location: Bangalore, Bhive Premium, HSR (Field Work)

Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary Range: up to ₹ 20,000

Experience: Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and networking

• Pitch company products and services to colleges, corporates and institutional clients

• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions

• Schedule and conduct meetings, demos and presentations with potential partners

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet revenue targets

• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and follow-up activities

Basic Requirements:

• Two Wheeler with Driving License

• Comfortable to travel

• Graduate in any discipline 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build long-term professional relationships

• Comfortable with field sales, calls and client meetings

• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles

• Self-driven, target-oriented and result-focused
