Important Points
● 100% on-site, field-based sales role in Bangalore. This is not a desk job.
● This is a sales role and will have incentives based on performance

● This is a 3 month period Internship with full time conversion opportunity depending on performance and company’s discretion

Job Description
● Meet and engage with assigned leads - owners of businesses such as Clinics, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Salons, Real Estate and more
● Conduct live product demos and walk business owners through real-world scenarios of AI agents
● Have active business conversations to understand how they currently manage customer communication and leads
● Explain the product clearly, including AI agents and how they improve customer interactions
● Identify their pain points and map relevant use cases using Superfone’s features
● Position AI agents and automation features based on industry-specific need
● Build meaningful business relationships and follow through until deal closure
● Maintain structured records of discussions, follow-ups, and outcomes
Requirements:
● Fresh graduates (any stream)
● Good communication skills (English; Kannada is a plus)
● Comfortable with field travel and meeting business owners
● Self-motivated and target-oriented
● Should have a bike for efficient commute
● Should have an Android phone

Stipend & Benefits
● ₹ 20000 per month ○ ₹15000 as fixed stipend ○ ₹2,000/month as fixed travel allowance for field visits ○ ₹3,000/month as incentive based on performance
