Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Field Sales Team Lead who can drive on-ground sales, manage a team, and ensure consistent target achievement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
  • Drive daily/weekly sales targets and performance
  • Plan and execute on-ground sales strategies
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Identify new areas/opportunities for business expansion
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ensure proper reporting and tracking of sales activities

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working on-field and in a startup environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in offline sales / B2C sales
  • Immediate joiners or short notice period
