Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Field Sales Team Lead who can drive on-ground sales, manage a team, and ensure consistent target achievement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
- Drive daily/weekly sales targets and performance
- Plan and execute on-ground sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Identify new areas/opportunities for business expansion
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure proper reporting and tracking of sales activities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working on-field and in a startup environment
Preferred:
- Experience in offline sales / B2C sales
- Immediate joiners or short notice period
