Our Z Vacations vertical focuses on creating memorable holiday experiences, and the Travel Agent Sales team is central to building relationships, driving revenue, and shaping how guests experience our properties.


Role Summary​

We’re looking for a Travel Agent Sales Executive/Manager to grow Z Vacations presence through strong travel agent relationships, corporate partnerships, and creative holiday packages.​ You’ll own accounts, pitch offerings, create customized packages, and drive sales directly impacting revenue. This role is perfect for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy dynamic, customer-facing work and want to see the tangible impact of their efforts.​

​​Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

●​ Build and manage relationships with travel agents, corporates, and partners to drive bookings and repeat business.

●​ Create and pitch customized holiday packages that balance guest experience with property revenue goals.

●​ Actively engage in field sales, market visits, lead generation, and opportunity conversion.

●​ Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with measurable impact on revenue.​

Account & Partner Management

●​ Onboard, train, and support travel agents to maximize conversion and bookings.

●​ Negotiate rates, offers, and terms while protecting margins.

●​ Manage key accounts, resolve issues, and ensure high partner satisfaction.​

Operations & Strategy

●​ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, revenue) to design offers, promotions, and packages.

●​ Track performance metrics, maintain CRM records, and report on sales activities.

●​ Anticipate challenges, provide practical solutions, and ensure smooth client experiences.​

​What We’re Looking For

Education

●​ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred.

●​ MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus

Skills & Experience

●​ 3–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in travel, hospitality, or consultative sales.

●​ Proven target-driven approach with experience handling revenue, bookings, or business accounts.

●​ Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account management skills.​
