Field Sales Manager

Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales for our catering business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and preferably come from the Hospitality Industry. This role involves field visits, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new business leads for catering services through field sales activities.
• Visit corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and institutions.
• Present catering menus, packages, and customized solutions to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and service teams for smooth execution of events.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.
• Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Hospitality / Catering Industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality background preferred).
