Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, building and mentoring a team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Understanding of the agarbatti or paper market is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
