Job Description

Job Title : Business Development Executive

Location : East and South of Bangalore


Key Responsibilities:

• Brief customers about residential projects, explaining property features, pricing, and location as per their requirements.

• Promote property sales through tele-calling, digital advertisements, open houses, and participation in property expos.

• Act as an intermediary during customer negotiations and assist in decision-making.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sales and channel partner leads.

• Accompany clients during site visits and provide guidance on the suitability and value of properties.

• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, mortgage options, and legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

• Submit daily activity reports before logging out.

• Share a weekly list of prospective clients with proper follow-up status.


Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and courteous phone manner.

• Ability to solve problems and handle client concerns effectively.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to work on weekends (weekly off will be on a weekday).

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is preferred.

• Must be committed to sending daily reports and updating client records in CRM regularly.
