Field Sales Manager - Water Purifiers And Softeners

About Us:  

Vista Waves is a fast-growing startup offering multi-brand water solutions in purifiers and 

softeners for homes, offices, hotels, and institutions. We also provide affordable AMC services 

and we are building a strong, passionate team. 

What we’re looking for:  

We’re hiring someone with 1-3 years of experience in the water purifier, RO, or softener 

industry, who has handled domestic, institutional, and field sales. If you’ve sold to homes, 

offices, or hotels and know how to close deals on the ground, we want to talk to you. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities: 

● Identify and visit potential customers in homes, offices, hotels, and institutions 

● Pitch AMC plans and product solutions (ROs, softeners, filters) based on customer 

needs 

● Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networks 

● Follow up with prospects and close sales independently 

● Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions 

● Coordinate with the service team for timely installation and after-sales support 

● Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management 

● Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and AMC renewals 

● Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends 

Must-haves: 

● Your own bike and smartphone 

● Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
