JOB DESCRIPTION :-

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for a variety of equipment’s. You will work directly with clients to ensure their machinery are operating efficiently and effectively. You should be comfortable working independently in the field, managing your schedule, and adapting to different work environments. Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The major responsibilities will be:

·        Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients.

•  Install, maintain, and repair Equipments.
•  Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
•  Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
•  Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
•  Train end-users on equipment operation and best practices.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
•  Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
•  Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
•  Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
•  Prepare detailed service reports and feedback on day-to-day basis to the management.

·        Provides Sales support for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Diploma in Engineering, electronics, electrical, mechanical, or related field

·        Proven experience as a field Service Engineer or Freshers

·        Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and learning agility

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Willingness to travel regularly to Customer Place across PAN INDIA.
•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•  Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
•  Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
•  Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
