• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical
• Experience: 3 Years Experience
• (Tea & Coffee Vending Machine experience preferred)
• Gender: Male candidates only
• Mandatory:
• Two-wheeler (Bike)
• Valid Driving License
• Roles & Responsibilities Troubleshooting tea & coffee vending machines
• Attending customer service calls and resolving machine issues
• Fault finding and rectification to ensure machines are ready for dispensing
• Servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines
• Verifying daily cleaning reports from machine operators
• Monthly machine servicing and preventive maintenance
• Maintaining good customer relationships and providing prompt support
• Coordination with customer admin, CREs, senior engineers, and internal teams
• Ordering, receiving, and maintaining spare parts and stock
• Preparing stock consumption, average, and work reports
• Training operators on:
• Machine cleaning & beverage preparation
• Service etiquette, hygiene, communication, and safety
• Assisting in demos and new machine installations
• Documentation and reporting (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Required Skills Good communication skills (verbal & written English)
• Customer relationship management
• Go-getter attitude
• Teamwork & coordination
