Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated filed service technician to join our team. Should be ready to travel 45km of East Bangalore, this role , you will be responsible for the water test, installation , maintenance and repair of water softener system, as well conducting water quality test for residential and commercial clients.

Candidate must be ready to travel 45km for the water test and installation

Responsibilities :

1. Installation : Install new water softener system according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
2. Water testing : perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues and repair existing water softener systems.
3. Provide excellent customer service, explain system operations and address client concerns.
4. Documentation : maintain accurate records of services performed, part used and water test results.
5. Inventory Management : manage and maintain inventory of parts and tools.
6. Safety : adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
7. follow ups and coordination : interact with operation team for the follow ups of visited clients and coordinate with the customers after the water test to installation.
