Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician / Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair UPS systems, batteries, and other electrical/electronic equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain UPS systems, batteries, and related electrical equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site or in the workshop.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks as per schedule.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage and safety.
• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and job updates.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation for each visit.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting new installations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field service or maintenance (UPS / Power / Electrical Systems preferred).
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
