Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations. The technician will ensure proper functioning of systems, provide technical support, and deliver excellent customer service while working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, service, and repair equipment at client locations
• Diagnose technical issues and perform corrective maintenance
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues within agreed timelines
• Maintain service reports, job cards, and documentation
• Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field
• Proven experience in field service or equipment maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and electrical systems
• Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fitness equipment, industrial machinery, or appliances
• Valid driving license
