* ₹19,329 – Fixed In-Hand Salary (Per Month)

* ₹23,129 – Monthly CTC

* ₹4,000 – Petrol Allowance

### **Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to ensure operational excellence and strict adherence to company processes across field activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring performance, improving workflows, and maintaining quality standards.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs during field operations

* Conduct regular audits and closely monitor team performance

* Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

* Maintain accurate daily reports and performance tracking records

### **Candidate Profile**

* 1–3 years of experience in field operations or supervisory roles

* Strong monitoring, reporting, and analytical skills

* Effective communication and team coordination abilities

* Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments
