Field Supervisor

1. Key Responsibilities:Field Sales:

• Visit assigned locations to promote products/services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance regularly.

BTL (Below The Line) Marketing Activities:

• Conduct in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling.
• Organize and participate in roadshows, trade fairs, and local events.
• Execute brand activations and promotional campaigns at the field level.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Sales/Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Assist in executing loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Customer Service & Collections:
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
• Handle customer queries and provide professional support in the field.
