Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for visiting the customer location to do water test and customer meeting, and closing sales on the spot . This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

note : Candidate must be able to travel across 50km in a day ( need candidate someone who stays near, Marathahalli, whitfield,varthur,bellandur,Electronic city)

Key Responsibilities:

  Visiting customer location to do water test and installation prospective clients to introduce products/services.

  Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

  Present product information and benefits clearly and concisely.

  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.

  Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

  Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
