Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor employees using CCTV, headset, and camera systems
Insert and manage memory cards for CCTV recording
Replace memory cards when needed
Check system alerts (blink / no-blink signals)
Collect and manage headsets after use
Ensure all devices and equipment are properly charged
Report to work at least 10 minutes before employees arrive
