Field Supervisor

1. Monitor caregiver performance: Regularly assess the performance of caregivers, ensuring they are delivering the care as per the client's plan and within the standards of the organization

2. Address any complaints, safety concerns, or issues with care delivery and take appropriate actions

3. Verify that caregivers are documenting activities, patient interactions, and any changes in the client’s condition properly

4. Ensure that safety protocols are followed and the client's well-being is always prioritized.

5. Regularly report to upper management or the care coordination team regarding caregiver performance, client satisfaction, and any concerns or issues that arise.
